disease and diabetes, it is imperative that we educate ourselves on the importance of preventative
maintenance which includes proper nutrition and exercise.  A Special Fit will tailor a presentation to fit your
audience’s needs, whether your population is teenagers or middle aged adults.  Presentation topics range
from general nutrition facts, calorie counting and exercise, to specific in-dept topics like male health,
adolescent women’s health and pre and post-menopausal health.

Group Fitness Adventures
It is necessary to have support when beginning and maintaining a health and fitness program.  We provide
activities from low impact aerobics to pace setting and coaching during walking outings, which include a 2-
mile course plus calisthenics and weight training.  This is an ideal service for small groups, couples, and
family workout programs.
Prices for this service will vary depending on location and specifics of the group.

Tracking and Challenges
Want to do some team-building and/or competing within your group or organization?  A Special Fit will
design a fun competitive, “good for all who participate” contest to get everyone moving.  The individual
benefits of this service include physical and mental improvements and the organizational benefits range
from increased morale to overall productivity increases.

Nutrition and Eating Program Counseling
Most busy adults don’t carefully monitor what they or their family consumes because of inconvenience and
time constraints.  A Special Fit will provide assistance with planning and monitoring of dietary consumption
to adequately fuel the body for everyday activities like work, family and exercise.
